This research effort aims to obtain a clear and concise image of the organizational environment in Romania’s economic ecosystems built around host cities that sustain societal dynamics via corporate value chains. It proposes adopting a continental framework for sustainable economies to support a swift industrial and transportation transition. Objectives include analyzing stakeholders’ organizational design and public‑administration relationships, and modeling scenarios for renewable energy financing and green‑hydrogen demand forecasts under EU decarbonization agreements.
This article compares, contrasts and integrates European sustainable‑development strategies with emerging market initiatives fueling Industry 4.0. Through quantitative analysis of EU regulations and qualitative literature review, it asks which strategic tools best overcome legally mandated sustainability hurdles. The study synthesizes synergies across hydrogen, nuclear, renewables, biomass, ESG and digital initiatives to deliver a framework for long‑term organizational design in the sustainability era.
This study examines how ITS can drive sustainability in transport logistics by expanding the “Guarantee of Origin” concept to include end‑to‑end emissions tracking within a cloud‑based, multi‑modal platform. A qualitative literature review informs a new organizational‑design model that leverages ITS for upstream emissions reduction (UER) and unlocks green funding opportunities, contributing to the sector’s carbon‑neutral growth.
Amid urgent climate goals, this research maps Romania’s organizational ecosystems and analyzes biomass integration into urban and industrial infrastructures via smart‑city frameworks. Using document analysis, case studies and literature review, it highlights policy, partnership and legislative needs—especially in Harghita County—to transform biomass waste into strategic energy resources under a circular‑economy model supported by EU funding.
This paper develops a “Community Branding” model linking technology with local values to attract modern travellers as temporary residents. Built on six pillars, the framework serves as a blueprint for regional economic growth by amplifying community identity and engaging digital nomads—contributing new perspectives to tourism‑theory and sustainable governance research.
This qualitative analysis evaluates Urban Air Mobility’s potential—via eVTOL aircraft—to reshape organizational design by enabling remote‑work mobility. It assesses technological, regulatory and market hurdles, then outlines transition milestones for integrating eVTOL into employer‑branding strategies, positioning organizations as pioneers in a Work‑from‑Anywhere economy.
By examining home‑ and car‑sharing platforms, this study tests peer‑to‑peer asset‑utilization models for broader organizational adoption. Through secondary‑data qualitative research, it reveals how asset ownership can shift to shared‑economy resources, enhancing community benefits and financial yield—offering practical guidance for integrating P2P models into organizational design norms.
